Empire Aviation USA Acquires Infinity Aircraft Service
Company says merger means new opportunities for nationwide growth.

West Palm Beach—Today, Empire Aviation USA, a south Florida provider of AOG maintenance announced its acquisition of Infinity Aircraft Services (IAS), a full-service, FAA approved, part 135 Repair Station and AOG provider. The combined companies will be headquartered at their hangar at Palm Beach International Airport. Prior to the merger, Empire served all South Florida with a fleet of Rapid Response AOG teams.
For 20 years, IAS has delivered comprehensive aviation repair, maintenance, and inspections, including Rapid-Response AOG support throughout South and Central Florida.
