West Palm Beach—Empire Aviation USA announced its official launch, offering Private and Corporate AOG support services from its headquarters at Palm Beach International Airport (PBI) in West Palm Beach, Florida. Empire will focus on providing AOG support to Part 91, 135 Air Charter and private aircraft owners across all of Florida.

Empire Aviation USA further solidified its position in the industry with the acquisition of Infinity Aircraft Services (IAS), a full-service, FAA-approved, part 145 Repair Station, and AOG provider. The merger will see the combined companies head quartered at their hangar. With this strategic move, Empire aims to meet the growing demand for high-quality aircraft maintenance and service while expanding its presence in the southeast and beyond.

Mike Barley, a Partner of Empire Aviation USA, expressed enthusiasm for the company’s expansion and commitment to providing unparalleled service. “The aviation repair industry in South Florida is booming. We formed Empire Aviation USA because we saw an opportunity and a need for more AOG support in the growing Florida market. Our competitors simply can’t meet the demand,” said Barley. “We’ve quickly built a team of highly trained, experienced technicians, and support staff that brings a new level of industry expertise to the market. South Florida is just the start—As we continue to expand our operations to new locations, we look forward to bringing the same quality service to other high volume private aviation airports across the country.”

Empire Aviation USA’s acquisition of IAS marks an important milestone in the company’s long-term growth strategy. For 20 years, IAS has been providing comprehensive aviation repair, maintenance, and inspections, including Rapid-Response AOG support throughout South and Central Florida. The merger will strengthen Empire’s reputation for elite customer service and enhance the quality and efficiency of service delivery.

Mark Reyes, President of Empire Aviation USA, expressed confidence in the combination of the two companies. “Empire has quickly become a leader in aviation maintenance, and for good reason. Our highly skilled technicians have more than 100 years of combined experience,” said Reyes. “I am confident that the combination of these two outstanding companies will have an immediate positive impact on our quality and efficiency of service delivery. I look forward to this new chapter and overseeing the results that our growing team will achieve.”
